 A round 3/4” driving face so we can hit the nail more often and our knee less often. A narrow slot between the claws to wring a nail shank more easily. A cross hatched, knurled driving face so the hammer does not slip off of the nail head on impact. Made from high impact die steel for longer life. Hand forged in one piece.
